PSTO is targeting situations where we believe we can leverage our ability to find value in existing mis- priced commercial Real Estate assets
PSTO is currently assessing a multi-fold commercial Real Estate pipeline located in Western Europe.  Shareholders may benefit of having the stability of Real Estate added to the PSTO portfolio, with the acumen of our executive local market Real Estate knowledge and investment experience, the ability to identify unique market opportunities, and understanding of how to scale a Real Estate portfolio as an asset and as an income producing instrument to international investors.
Several potential investment opportunities that would fit our commercial Real Estate mandate have been found, and others are being sourced.  With the platform of our publicly traded instrument we believe to create a natural ecosystem to leverage appealing portfolios of Western Real Estate markets, to US investors.

It all started with a question related to France.   

What would France be without its Castles, Village manors, Churches?!  

The peril of non-maintenance represents a touristic revenue at 5.5% per year of GDP,  which in turn allows for so many areas of the French economy to exist.

Owning a castle in France has been a dream for many, yet renting rooms and selling wedding receptions as a way to raise money and rehabilitate has an overall minimal impact. In 2019, there were 1,500 properties under renovation, double compared to 2010, while it is estimated that France has about 45,000 castles with 400 estimated sales each year.  The owners – entrepreneurs who take the risk barely make it. 
 PSTO takes steps with partners and organizations who have dedicated their lives to historical conservation.

Instruction and handover of skills development for over generations are key. While we have many artists, among us, part of this process entails training as today’s artisans are fewer and fewer.
