Status as a Publicly Listed Company

PSTO structure makes us an attractive business combination partner to prospective targeted privately held businesses. As a publicly listed company, we offer to a targeted business an alternative to their own traditional IPO or their independent raise of financing.  This is a less expensive approach, while offering a greater certainty of execution. Also, in some cases geographical location of targeted companies may make executing an IPO in the US a more arduous challenge.

A strong SME may dwarf  its growth due to limitations because of its global location, and thus lack of access to many of the tools allowing success.

At PSTO, we encourage an organic culture where local traditions of faraway lands are maintained and grown, and thus creating a chain-affect  to allow the development of  growing communities and the creation of a more sustainable and inclusive world.  

We export Western values on education, know-how, and understanding of democratic values but as an exchange, and not at the cost of imploding local traditions

Once public, we  believe the targeted business would have greater access to capital and additional means of creating management  incentives that are better aligned with shareholders’ interests than it would be as a private company. It can offer further benefits by augmenting a company’s profile among potential new customers and vendors and aid in attracting talented management staff. 

Strong Financial Position and Flexibility

With the funds held in our trust account, we offer to a targeted business a variety of options such as creating a liquidity event for its owners, providing capital for the potential growth and expansion of its operations or strengthening its balance sheet by reducing its debt ratio.  Because we are able to complete our initial business combination using our cash, debt or equity securities, or a combination of the foregoing, we have the flexibility to use an efficient combination that will allow us to tailor a payment to the targeted business to fit its needs, while equally prioritizing our investors.
